We ordered three dishes, paired with a bottle of red wine: 🥩 Steak Tartare The bread was layered with sour cream underneath, mixed with the raw beef. It turned out surprisingly smooth, without any expected raw or pungent taste. Really delicious! 🐟 Yellowtail Aguachile This dish was very refreshing. The fish was fresh, and the acidity was just right, making it a perfect appetizer 🍋. 🍖 Seared Prime Beef Filet “Tataki” The beef was seasoned with Japanese sake and soy sauce, paired with grapefruit.
