$25 for a Meal at a World-Class Chef's New LA Restaurant 🦋💖🦋

Yesterday in Culver City, we were just looking for a place to eat. I stumbled upon a beautiful new rooftop restaurant called Butterfly on the sixth floor of the Shay Hotel. Little did I know it's opened by Jose Andres! 💖🦋💖🦋 (He's a legendary Spanish chef, a true legend in the culinary world!) And right now, with Dine LA, lunch is only $25‼️ The menu is incredibly thoughtful, featuring all the signature dishes. Maybe because it just opened a month ago, they're promoting and gathering customer feedback. Girls, you should definitely try it before Dine LA ends! 🎉 First of all, this place is super photogenic ! The decor is beautiful, right next to the pool, and it has such a chill vibe. Great for an afternoon drink, and the waiter even helped us take photos! 😁 QUESO FUNDIDO (Melted Cheese) with beautiful corn tortillas. 💖🦋 ATUN PACIFICO (Tuna Tartare) – tangy and spicy, so refreshing and delicious! CARNITAS TACO (Pork Taco) with crispy pork rinds, a clever combination. CHOCOLAN (Chocolate Mousse) – small but rich in layers. These are the Dine LA items I chose, and they were all amazing! With Jose Andres' reputation, you can trust the quality. And the value for money is unbeatable! Even after Dine LA ends, this place is still worth visiting.
