Finally visited the so-called "top-tier" Japanese spot in LA—and it truly was amazing!! ✨🍣 Plus, I went right before seeing JJ Lin’s concert, so it was destined to be an incredible night! 🎤💫 Ordered what everyone recommends: • Sashimi platter 🐟 - So fresh and melt-in-your-mouth delicious! • Uni risotto 🍚 - Creamy, rich, and absolutely heavenly! • Wagyu beef tongue 👅 - Tender beyond belief, each bite was pure joy! Also spotted mushroom-topped fried tofu and duck breast on the menu and couldn’t resist trying them 🍄🦆. The tofu was seriously delicious, beautiful, and unique – definitely a standout dish!
