I stopped by Žilina, Slovakia’s 4th largest city, during a train transfer. Oddly, Google Maps doesn’t show its bus system—you need a local app (see last pic 🚏). But the city is small, so walking works fine! 📝 Random (But Sincere) Travel Musings Observing local life in Europe, I noticed: 🐕 Young people strolling with dogs, relaxed. 🚶 Middle-aged folks ambling without hurry. 🧒 Kids hopping around carefree on quiet streets. Compared to Asia, where people rush with furrowed brows, glued to phones or chasing distant goals, Europe feels… slow. ⏳ A Reflection on Time & Anxiety We often fixate on future problems, blinding ourselves to the present. But worrying today won’t solve tomorrow’s challenges—it just drains today’s energy. 🔹 Future hurdles need time to unfold. 🔹 Overthinking = borrowing stress you can’t yet resolve.
