The long-awaited second location of Dong Ting Chun is finally open! 🎉 Located in the bustling downtown area of Bothell, this new spot offers a bright, modern vibe with plenty of parking—no more circling the block! 🚗💨 We heard they’ve added lots of new dishes, so we skipped our usual favorites and went all-in on the new menu. Here’s what we tried: 🥬 Kung Pao Chicken Lettuce Wraps ⭐⭐⭐ – A lighter twist on the classic! 🧀 Cheesy Mapo Tofu Rice ⭐⭐⭐ – Creamy with a mild kick! 🥩 Slow-Braised Beef Short Ribs (No Water Added!) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ – Tender, flavorful, MUST-TRY! 🏆 🥥 Fresh Coconut Chicken Soup ⭐⭐⭐⭐ – Light yet deeply satisfying! We also ordered a Summer cocktail 🍹 and black tea to pair with the meal. The new location has a totally different vibe—think chic bar seating, private dining rooms, and a more polished atmosphere compared to the OG spot. Overall, the new dishes are delicious, but lean toward a lighter, subtler flavor profile.
