Seattle Woodland Park Zoo

❤️I managed to snag a free ticket to the Woodland Park Zoo, located in the north of Seattle, through the Museum pass system at the Seattle Public Library!❤️ 🍻It's been years since I last visited a zoo. My impression of zoos was that they were another kind of "prison" where animals were kept in captivity. However, after visiting today, I felt that the animals here live a very happy and free life! The zoo is quite large, and it took over three hours to walk through it, even just skimming the surface. I saw many animals that I hadn't seen before. The living spaces for the animals are quite spacious, and both large and small animals exhibit natural behaviors, which makes me feel that they are both mentally and physically healthy.🍻 I happened to witness a keeper feeding raw bones to a jaguar. The keeper divided the raw bones into several portions and placed them in different places for the jaguar to forage for itself. The keeper explained that the raw bone meat formula is a balanced nutritional mix and that they regularly feed the jaguars teeth-grinding bones to maintain dental health. They also provide the jaguars with various toys to play with. I couldn't help but think that this is just like how we keep our cats. ❤️I had a great time visiting and seeing the animals living happily here. I also learned some new scientific knowledge. This is a place where both adults and children can enjoy themselves, and I highly recommend it.❤️ #CapturingTheMoment #ThisTemplateIsSomething #TheAnimalsInTheZoo #EncounteringTheMagicalMomentsOfWildAnimals #Nature #Park #WonderfulAnimals #Seattle #LifeInSeattle #AroundSeattle
