It’s rare for me to give a perfect rating – I always believe there’s room for improvement. But this team went above and beyond to make my five-day trip truly special. From the moment Arianna checked me in and warmly welcomed me back, to reconnecting with manager Destiny – we had such a wonderful time catching up since my last stay in March. We chatted so naturally that they insisted I meet Aiko, the front office manager. I’m so glad I did – her introduction was warm, genuine, and heartfelt. As someone who travels often, this level of personal connection is something I deeply value and appreciate. ✨🧡 I was also delighted to see familiar faces like Michael Chacon in the lounge (always so pleasant!), enjoy breakfast prepared by Arsma, and join Nick for a fun happy hour. 🍳🍹 Being able to describe this hotel as "family" means the world to me.
