🚶♀️ Hike 6丨Mission Trails Regional Park 🏞️
📍 Location: Mission Trails – Clairemont Mesa Trailhead 📏 Distance: 6.5–7 miles | 🧗 Elevation Gain: 1348 ft (varies by route) ⏱️ Duration: 3–4 hours | 🔥 Calories Burned: 680 (Apple Watch data – lol 😂) 🌱 Scenery Review: Let’s be real – there wasn’t any 😂🌵. The entire trail was mostly bare hills under the blazing sun ☀️🔥. Saw a bunch of hardcore locals trail-running and mountain biking 🚵♂️💪. Great place if you’re training for endurance or want to burn calories on a steep climb… but if you’re looking for pretty views, skip this one 😅. After hiking so many trails, this is the first one I genuinely don’t recommend – looong, hot, and not much to see 👎😂. Consider this your friendly warning to dodge this one! 🗺️ Next Stop: Headed to Yellowstone National Park this week! 🐻🌋 Can’t wait to hike among geysers, bison, and epic landscapes ~ stay tuned! 🙈 👋 I’m Fu Dabao 🤸♀️ Left my corporate job at 30 to start fresh in the U.S. Now living in SD / Pilates functional trainer 💪 Sharing about health, reflections, travels, and my entrepreneurial journey 🌟 Follow me for more authentic adventures and healthy living inspiration! ❤️ #HikingSD #SanDiegoHikes #MissionTrails #SDLife #TravelDiary
