👩‍🍳 Female Chef's Exploration and Discovery at a Michelin

Nominated Italian Restaurant 🍽️ Highly recommended! This Michelin-nominated Italian restaurant! Average cost per person is 65€ (including two glasses of wine). A Michelin chef took me here. So, our dishes were customized by the chef of this restaurant based on their freestyle. Including desserts, the wines were also paired according to the dishes. These are off-menu items. The regular portion sizes are quite generous~ You can come with confidence~You'll definitely be full. Reasons for recommendation: 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Although they are basically Turin specialty dishes, the chef has added many little touches. From the Ravioli Plin dumplings, they are different from others, with a more chewy dough, sage in the sauce, and the sauce is specially processed. Highly recommend you try it! (Try some from other places first, then theirs, and you'll feel the difference! Trust me!) The appetizer Tomini is paired with two types of salsa, a dual taste experience. Ah! So much I want to praise! Their kitchen equipment is top-notch! Super clean! Neat! Recommend choosing a bar seat where you can see into the kitchen. A feast for the eyes! And you can learn a lot! Anyway, so much I want to share! Slowly but surely!
