【Dallas】Legacy West - Darna Mediterranean Cuisine

This restaurant has changed its menu this year, and it’s even better now! However, once again, the appetizers are more to my taste than the main courses. 😄 Hummus ✅: The hummus is fantastic! The accompanying pita bread is soft and fragrant (I think it’s complimentary?). Lamb Cigars (Spring Rolls) ✅: These are delicious—basically our version of spring rolls. The main courses look good but taste pretty ordinary. (The salad that came with it was really not good🥹). 🧡 Tahini Hummus & Patatas Bravas ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Both of these appetizers are decent. The hummus is very rich and goes well with the bread. The patatas are a bit tangy, and while they’re not bad, they don’t have any standout flavors compared to other restaurants. 🧡 Chicken Shish Tavouk ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This dish is amazing! The chicken is perfectly roasted—crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with just the right amount of seasoning. The vegetables that come with it are very fresh, especially the red sweet drop peppers, which have a unique sweet and tangy flavor. Almost every table around us ordered this dish, and I highly recommend it! 🧡 Iskandar Kofta Kebab ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Compared to the chicken, this dish is less impressive. It’s made from a mixture of beef and lamb, which gives it a pretty average texture. However, the side dishes are still quite good.
