It looks like a pizza, but the first bite reveals a rich truffle flavor, followed by the soft texture of glutinous rice flour, and then the crispy potato base. It’s incredibly layered. ⭐ Uni Rice: The most beautifully plated dish. It’s light and refreshing, somewhat reminiscent of a sesame oil vinaigrette poke. It’s a great palate cleanser after trying other dishes. ⭐ Cheese Teppanyaki Chicken: The spiciest dish, topped with a thick layer of cheese that’s torched to add a smoky flavor. ⭐ Spicy Chicken Feet: These are stewed until extremely tender, falling off the bone with just a touch. Compared to other Korean versions, the broth is clearer and lighter in flavor. ⭐ Korean-Style Fried Chicken: Unlike typical Korean fried chicken, this version has a lighter, thinner batter, similar to the coating on salt-and-pepper squid at Chinese restaurants.
