😅It's Christmas season again. I'm too lazy to decorate the house and don't want to go to the mall to find Santa Claus. So let's take some festive photos here. It feels like everyone in Dallas who's interested in soufflé has tried Rise. It's one of the only two stores specializing in soufflé, one in Dallas and the other in Plano. There used to be a difference in quality control, but now they're pretty much on par. It's an open kitchen with daily special dishes, perfect for a date. ✨Baguette: No bread aroma, and the butter has no dairy fragrance. Marshmallow Soup: It has a rich taste of tomato and carrot, a healthy and delicious drink. But if you're not a fan of goat cheese, think twice because that's what's melting on top of the marshmallows. 🙆🏻‍♀️Salad: It's mainly flavored with walnut vinegar, and the shredded green apple on top is very refreshing. Limited Edition Duck Soufflé: The top is covered with honey and orange sauce, which is very, very sweet. The inside is savory, and the two flavors blend together to create a delightful dance on the taste buds. The texture is as layered as all the savory soufflés from this place. 🧊Southwest Chicken Soufflé: The sauce on top is not for steak but for tacos, a spicy alert! The chicken isn't as flavorful as the duck, but the texture is similar—dense with a bit of meat, cheese, and crunch. Each bite is satisfying and filling. 🌞Apple Tart: The crust is crispy, and the apple filling retains its juice.
