【Nashville Eats】Kyuramen 🍜
Kyuramen is a Japanese ramen chain that originated in Taiwan and has expanded to multiple cities across the U.S. I remember specially going to try their Chicago location when it first opened back in 2021! 🎌 ⸻ The brand was founded by Taiwanese ramen enthusiasts who traveled to Japan multiple times to master ramen-making. Officially launched in 2014, Kyuramen aims to bring authentic Japanese ramen to everyday life at an affordable price. 🍜💫 Although the idea is to make ramen accessible for office workers and students without breaking the bank, the U.S. pricing is actually mid-range—around $40–50 per person. 💸 Their ramen features nine signature broths, including Tokyo Shoyu Ramen, Hokkaido Miso, Kyushu Tonkotsu White Broth, and Spicy Hell Broth from Kyushu. There’s even a Yin Yang Bowl that lets you enjoy two flavors in one! 🍲✨ Their omelette rice is also a classic—they perform a tableside cut so the runny egg flows over the rice, topped with sauce and pork cutlet. 🍛🔪 Dessert is complimentary (not too sweet!), and the Matcha Tiramisu is smooth and rich—highly recommend! 🍵🍰 The interior features a minimalist Japanese design with honeycomb-style booths that are both private and aesthetic. 🏮🐝 Starting in New York and Flushing, the brand has expanded across the U.S., becoming a popular go-to for Japanese ramen lovers. 🇺🇸❤️ Personal take: Not sure why, but I felt it wasn’t as good as the Chicago location 🧐… but it does offer more variety than Brother Ramen, which I used to like. Worth a try though! 👍 Make a wish if you go—you might just love it! 🌠 #NashvilleEats #Kyuramen #RamenLover #JapaneseFood #FoodReview #TaiwaneseBrand #MatchaDessert 🎉🍜
