【New Zealand Honeymoon】Day 4–5 Shopping in Auckland 🛍️

After finishing our North Island mini-loop, we were back in Auckland. And these two days were all about — shopping! 🛒 We had a clear goal: outdoor brands, Lululemon, bags, and souvenirs. (Note: Outdoor brands are more abundant in Wanaka and Queenstown, so we didn’t focus on them much in Auckland.) 🛍️ Lululemon We visited the Queen Street store and the Newmarket store. Newmarket had a better selection — but even there, popular Scuba colors were sold out. It really comes down to luck! 👜 Designer Bags Queen Street LV & Gucci were packed — shopping experience wasn’t the best. Newmarket was much better! Gucci small Marmont in lambskin: NZD 3,830 + UnionPay promotion NZD 150. With the exchange rate then, it was about 25% off compared to China! No wonder NZ is known for the cheapest Gucci in the world — go for it! LV Neverfull BB was around 15% off China prices. Newmarket also has Prada, Balenciaga — way better to browse than Queen Street. 🎁 Souvenirs Must buy in the North Island! Must buy in the North Island! Must buy in the North Island! South Island prices are much higher. We found a Chinese-owned souvenir shop in Auckland called Kiwi Gift, near Queen Street — probably the most affordable in the city. We stocked up on lanolin cream, wool soap, kiwi plush toys… 🐑 ⚠️ Parking Tip Some parking lots in Auckland are private — don’t accidentally enter! For example, Wilson Parking in Newmarket — only level 2 is public.
