Terrible Food + Awful Service — Worst Birthday Meal Ever!Came to this hyped-up restaurant for my birthday yesterday, and the experience was a total disaster. Had to rant — save your money and skip this place! Whoever says this restaurant is good must have broken taste buds or be lying for clout 🤬! The food is not just bad, it’s disgustingly salty! Both appetizers were so over-salted they were bitter — I swear the chef dumped the entire salt shaker in. Could barely take a bite 😅! And don’t even get me started on the viral Soufflé — DO NOT ORDER IT! It was tasteless and dense, nothing like the light, fluffy texture it’s supposed to be. Total letdown! The worst part? Halfway through my Beef Wellington, a fly landed on the steak and wouldn’t leave 🤮! I called the server, who took the plate away. Then their team stood around discussing what to do — no apology, no update, nothing. Finally, a bald manager with a beard came over. Not a single “sorry” — he just said, “We can’t control flies” 😤! Then he asked ME, “What do you want us to do about the dish?” Excuse me? Shouldn’t the restaurant offer a solution first? Why am I the one problem-solving? I asked for a replacement of the same value. First he said we’d have to wait 30 minutes (I agreed), then he said the only option was the Filet Mignon in photo 3 😅? Are you kidding me? Downgrading my order after their mistake? I didn’t bother arguing. The only edible thing on the table was the fries! Spent $250 on a terrible meal and worse service — feels like the $250 was a joke on me 🤡! My friend left a bad review on Google the next day. The restaurant called back, but only apologized with no actual solution — sorry means nothing! Ruined my birthday mood completely.
