Today, I want to share my amazing experience at Tacos el Gordo! As someone who loves exploring food, this place completely blew me away! 😋 This restaurant is super popular in San Diego. If you search for "sd taco" online, almost half the results are about it! With Mexican cuisine everywhere in the city, its dominance is truly impressive.👑 And after trying it, I totally understand why—the flavor is absolutely incredible! My favorite was the beef tongue taco!🐮👅 The meat was so tender and juicy, melting in my mouth with perfect seasoning. After eating this, my standards for all other beef tongue dishes have skyrocketed! That delicate, non-greasy texture felt like experiencing "a kiss" for the first time💖—soft, delightful, and utterly addictive! Each taco comes with its own salsa, specially crafted to complement the meat.🌶️🍅 I’m usually not a fan of offal, but the fried beef intestine taco changed my mind! The intestines were crispy and had no unpleasant odor. Paired with the soft tortilla and refreshing salsa, the texture combination was absolutely fun and satisfying!😍 It took me nearly an hour by trolley from my school dorm to get there, and I had to stay cautious of random strangers along the way… but every second was worth it!🚋💨 It felt like a small adventure in pursuit of delicious food!
