【Seattle New Spot】

Seems like all the new openings are modern Mexican cuisine lately Braved the weekend traffic on I-405 to hit up Seattle Visited this newly opened modern Mexican spot near U Village The space is tiny with just a few indoor seats on the second floor and an outdoor patio The drink menu has two options where you can choose a 3D print for your glass, but my attempt to print Belle from my phone failed, so I had to switch to the Pearl Maiden design 😅 The menu selection isn’t too extensive; the signature whole roasted chicken is pretty tender and juicy, just right for four people to share 🍗 The decor is very Instagrammable, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a first date because eating the roasted chicken gets messy and a bit awkward by the end, with hands and all 🙈 Also, their plates are super small, and the bones pile up with no space left 🍽️ Another thing, the house-made salsa has a lot of hot sauce and it got me all spicy! 🌶️ #Seattle #SeattleFood #SeattleFoodie #SeattleWeekend
