【Sweet Maple】One of California's Hottest Brunch Spots! 🍳🌿

With locations all over NorCal and SoCal, Sweet Maple is definitely one of the most famous网红 brunch spots in the Bay Area! 🍁 They’re only open from morning to afternoon, and they don’t take reservations — so be prepared to wait in line! 📆⏳ I’ve always wanted to visit their flagship location in San Francisco, but it’s just too far. This time, I made a special trip to their Cupertino branch. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, with both indoor and outdoor seating. The indoor wait was over an hour, so we chose outdoors and still waited about 20 minutes. I didn’t have super high expectations, but the food totally surprised me! 😍 🍽️ What we ordered: • Millionaire’s Bacon 🥓 Thick-cut, perfectly fried, not too oily. You can choose different sauces — I went with the spicy one, and it had a real kick! I’m usually not a big bacon person, but I finished the whole slice! • Chicken and Waffles 🧇 The waffle isn’t your ordinary kind — it’s made like a croissant 🥐 but pressed into a waffle shape. So flaky and buttery! The fried chicken 🍗 was juicy and not dry at all. Great portion too. • Side Dishes: Corn 🌽 — so delicious! I always order fried corn when I see it, zero regrets. Eggplant 🍆 — pretty average, nothing special. • Korean Short Rib Omelette Rice 🍳 Looks amazing! The sauce is on the sweeter side, and the meat is flavorful (though not a huge portion). The rice inside is simple, but the whole combo is seriously addictive! • Cocktail 🍹 A bit light on the alcohol, with a strong fruit flavor. Refreshing but not too strong. I get the vibe that the restaurant might be Thai-owned — the menu has some Thai influences here and there. Overall: long wait, always crowded, but worth the hype! This popular chain has three locations in Northern California and two in Southern California.
