🍽️ A Hidden Gem Restaurant Only Italy Knows

How to describe this restaurant? It's a place where all the glitz and glamour fade away, leaving only a simple, honest, home-cooked flavor. Located not far from the city center, in a small triangular plaza, when you arrive, you'll find that in an area filled with restaurants, only they have a line that stretches as far as the eye can see... This is a typical Piedmontese restaurant, serving all the local specialties. 🌟Highlight: The northern specialty vitello tonnato (veal with tuna sauce) is my all-time favorite appetizer from my eight years in the north! You must try it! Starting with the appetizers: They offer a mixed platter that you order by the number of people, 7€ per person, you can order by headcount or get a single serving to taste. First course: Have you ever tried gnocchi (like potato dumplings 🍡) with sauce? I really like the texture of this dish, and if you haven't tried it, you should. If you're not a fan, go for the classic tajarin, which is a thin noodle, and the duck ragout is a specialty (a dish here is only 7€ a serving). Second course: The menu changes regularly, basically chicken/cow/pig, all three are available. Dessert: Their tiramisu or panna cotta are both delicious! 🌟The average cost per person is 25-30€, and they also have their own homemade wine which is worth trying. Apart from the crowd, the food is truly beyond reproach! Buon appetito! You've got to give it a try, friends~ #Turin #Italy #ItalianCuisine #Le
