🏞️ Annie’s Canyon Trail – A Must-Do Hike in San Diego! 🌟
This trail comes highly recommended – Annie’s Canyon Trail, often called the "Mini Antelope Canyon" 🏜️✨ – and I absolutely loved it! Though I wish it started directly at 😂. From the entrance , you’ll follow a series of signs along a path with steep ups and downs – I even carried my kiddo during the downhill parts! 👶🧗 – before reaching a flat, uneventful stretch. But once you hit, make sure to take the DIFFICULT route – that’s where the magical slot canyon begins! 🤩 My 3-year-old climbed the entire canyon section all by herself 🥾👏! The rest of the trail? Let’s just say it was a mix of walking and carrying 😅. She loved it so much she asked to do the canyon part twice! 📌 Trail Tips: 🅿️ Park at the Rios Avenue Trailhead (free!) 🧴 Bring water + sunscreen – shade is limited 👟 Wear grippy shoes – the canyon has narrow, sandy passages 📸 Don’t forget your camera – the light and textures are incredible! #SanDiegoTravel #AnniesCanyon #HikingWithKids #FamilyAdventure #SDMustSee #MiniAntelopeCanyon #SandiegoHikes #TravelWithToddlers
