🏖️ Badfins — Beachside Eatery & Bar in Clearwater

This is the last Tampa food review from my trip! Next up: Tampa travel guide for attractions 🚩 — stay tuned for a full reference guide! 📍 Location 215 S Gulfview Blvd, Clearwater, FL 33767 Just across the street from the beach — super convenient 🏝️. Also super close to Hyatt Regency Clearwater (just cross the street!). Non-guests can park at Hyatt for $7/hr or $40/day. The vibe is tropical, casual, and lively 🌴. All seating is outdoors under shaded tents — expect a wait during peak times! Lots of people order takeout too. Walk straight inside to order at a fast-casual style counter. PS: There are two restrooms but often a line — probably ’cause beachgoers use them too! 🚻 🍽️ Food Mostly Mexican-inspired coastal fare 🌮🌊 ✨ The B.A.P. = Bad A** Pineapple Drink 🍍 A must-order! Served in a pineapple with a slushy boozy base and creamy topping — so refreshing and not too strong. Perfect for those who aren’t big drinkers. Also… very Instagrammable 😉 ✨ Grouper Nuggets Fried fish bites — tender and flaky 🐟. Good with or without dipping sauce! ✨ Chicharrones — Crispy Pork Belly Another must-try! Super crunchy and well-seasoned 🥓. Can be a bit rich on its own, but the tangy dipping sauce balances it perfectly. ✨ Sweet Tuna Tacos Fresh, sweet tuna cubes in a crispy shell — delicious 😋. ✨ Banging Shrimp Taco Packed with huge shrimp and pineapple 🍤🍍. Heads up: the tacos are saucy and messy — eat carefully! 😂 ✨ Forget the name… maybe a Gator Sandwich? 🐊 Just okay — not my favorite. Still recommend sticking with the tacos! ——— Overall: Considering its prime tourist location and pretty solid food, I’d give it 🌟🌟🌟🌟. Lunch rush can get busy, so service and food may come out a bit slow. All mains come with a side — portions are generous.
