๐ด 4 Days & 5 Nights in Tampa Travel Guide (Part 1) ๐
Tampa was way more fun than I expected! ๐ The people here are super friendly โ everyone kept recommending great food and fun spots. So many wild animals everywhere! ๐ฆ๐ฆ Birds roaming freely on the streets โ felt so natural and peaceful. The beaches were clean and not too crowded. Perfect weather for spring break ๐! My friend and I didnโt rent a car โ we used rideshares the whole time and spent around $270 per person. Day 1: Arrived at night and checked into Hotel Haya in downtown. ๐จ Compact but very clean and cozy! Day 2: ๐ Ulele ๐ฅ Woke up and headed straight to this restaurant! Their seafood paella was delicious, and the grilled oysters were huge ๐ฆช๐! ๐ Henry B. Plant Museum Walked over after lunch โ this museum used to be a hotel and is right next to the University of Tampa. Beautiful architecture ๐๏ธ! ๐ Sparkman Wharf Strolled along the bay to this pier area โ lots of food stands here, but nothing caught our eye ๐ . The aquarium is right next door, but we skipped it this time. ๐ Then we took a rideshare to Clearwater and stayed at Wyndham Grand Clearwater Beach Resort. ๐ต $900 for 2 nights in a high-floor ocean-view room with a balcony overlooking the beach ๐โฆ though we didnโt really use the hotel beach. A bit of a splurge? Maybe ๐ ๐ธ ๐ Clearwater Beach The beach was clean and not too packed! Lots of activities and a lively vibe ๐๏ธ. Locals are super nice โ got so many compliments on our outfits! ๐๐ฌ ๐ Badfins Food & Brew Tried their signature pineapple drink ๐๐น โ way too sweet though (all the cocktails here tend to be super sweet ๐ฌ). Portions were big and pretty tasty โ or maybe we were just hungry after waiting! We ordered: Crab Mac & Cheese ๐ง๐ฆ Grouper Nuggets ๐ Their recommended tacos ๐ฎ #Tampa #TampaTravel #ClearwaterBeach #StudyInTheUS #TravelDiaries โ๏ธ๐ธ
