A popular brunch place that requires a bit of a wait, but it's worth the short queue! 😍 The ambiance gives off a very modern Japanese vibe, what I'd call the Instagrammable style, but it's really beautiful and very chill. The pancakes 🥞 are the signature dish here, beautifully presented, with the pancakes cooked to a perfect huwahuwa texture～ However, the butter 🧈 portion is quite generous. My friend said after having a serving, they weren't hungry for the rest of the afternoon. 🍞 Little did I know that the sourdough bread with soft-boiled eggs I ordered was topped with smoked egg yolk! It had a flavor reminiscent of smoked fish flakes. I even checked with the staff if it was vegetarian, and they said it's just eggs 🤣 A very intriguing flavor profile.
