🍽️ Berlin Exploration | Michelin One-Star Gem Bricole 🌟

A rather understated Michelin one-star 🌟 restaurant with a Gault & Millau score of 15 — generally, their ratings above 15 are worth trying. Compared to the Michelin rating system, it places more emphasis on the food itself. They offer a 6-course tasting menu with both wine pairing and non-alcoholic beverage pairing options. The restaurant has over 200 types of wines, and the sommelier is very friendly and knowledgeable, earning a thumbs up 👍🏻. 🌟 Canadian Lobster and Confited Halibut were my personal favorites, with both dishes having surprising seasonings. The amuse Bouche's lobster muffin and cold soup were also commendable. The Guinea fowl, a favorite of someone's, came with a pleasant surprise, but it was slightly salty for my personal taste. 🍷 The wine pairing was without any duds. Two German white wines were particularly impressive. The weisssburgunder, which has a limited production, doesn't even have a rating on Vivino. It's filled with floral and creamy flavors. The other chardonnay had a full-bodied taste, which is a style of white wine I've grown to like this year. It's a restaurant with a very relaxed atmosphere, perfect for having good conversations. #EuropeanLife#BerlinExploration#MichelinRestaurant#EuropeanLife#FoodDaily
