🍽️ Boston "White People Food" | A Visit to Legal Seafood
Today's Legal Seafood is located in Framingham. The store seems newly renovated, and there aren't many Chinese people around—we were the only Chinese table in the entire restaurant. Sharing the dishes in order of preference: 🍞 Complimentary Bread The crust is crispy, more refined than other chain locations, with large air pockets inside. Though I don't know much about dough fermentation, I personally still prefer the bread from The Cheesecake Factory~ 🥗 Grain Bowl Similar to a salad bowl, the grain rice in the middle is delicious—healthy and refreshing. 🦀 Crab Cake Made fresh, not pre-packaged. You can taste the freshness of the ingredients, and the seasoning is good—just the portion is a bit small. 🦞 Bake Stuffed Lobster Lobster and scallop meat wrapped in breadcrumbs and butter, then baked. The first bite is richly fragrant and delicious, though it can become a bit heavy after more. Served with roasted sweet potatoes (sweet and soft, very tasty) and kimchi-mixed bok choy (a unique twist). 🍲 Cioppino Seafood Stew The grilled bread inside is perfectly crispy! The stew includes clams, mussels, squid, white fish, and lobster tail—all fresh, though the flavor wasn’t quite to my taste. 🍔 Burger Standard, decent but nothing extraordinary. 💧 Drink Tried the trendy sparkling water SARATOGA—refreshing and palate-cleansing~ #BostonLobster #WhitePeopleFood #AmericanCuisine #MassachusettsLife #MyFoodDiary
