Their final sale discounts were even better than London’s Kings Cross store. 🛍️ 🏫 Wills Memorial Building Stumbled upon Bristol Uni’s graduation ceremony—such a heartwarming scene with families celebrating! 🎓 🎨 Bristol Museum & Art Gallery Closed for training (Jan 21-24), but next time for sure! ⛪️ Bristol Cathedral Originally St Augustine’s Abbey (built in 1140), this Gothic masterpiece rivals Durham & Glasgow Cathedrals! Historical depth: The Daniel Family’s legacy on the rose wall reflects Bristol’s colonial past—a poignant reminder of Barbados & West Indies’ painful history. Renovations ongoing (6 months left), but still worth visiting. Don’t miss the café & gardens! 🚆 Transport Tips Train from London Paddington → Bristol Temple Meads (closer to city center) or Bristol Parkway (~1.5hr, £20 one-way if booked early). Temple Meads: Walk/bus into town; 11-min train to Bath.
