📍 Estia Excited to try their specialty — whole fish! 🌟 The waiter even took us to see their fresh fish selection before ordering, something you don’t see often in the US 😄. We picked a ~1.5 lb white fish (similar to branzino), simply prepared and seasoned, yet incredibly flavorful! Served with a light sauce and capers for that perfect layered taste 👏🏻🐟. We also ordered two appetizers: 🧀 Grilled Cheese — presentation was so cool! Crispy on the outside, soft and stretchy inside, with a hint of blue cheese aroma 😋✨. 🍆 Fried Eggplant & Zucchini Chips with tzatziki — sliced super thin, lightly battered, crispy outside and tender inside. The tzatziki was delicious, though a bit oily if eaten too much 🤔. For dessert: 🍋 Lemon Sorbet — bright, refreshing, and packed with tangy lemon flavor! 🍷 Sangria — pretty average, nothing special 😅. Shoutout to the excellent service ✅! As soon as we sat down, the server asked if we had a show to catch and kept an eye on the time for us.
