🍽️ Los Angeles Classic Steakhouse | The Capital Grille 🥩 🍽️

This is a well-established chain of steakhouses with branches in DTLA and Irvine. The LA location is right downstairs from my home, but I've never tried it before. I finally dined there on my graduation day and had a great experience with excellent service. 🎓 Since it was graduation day, they even decorated our table for the occasion and, as an apology for the wait, they sent us some champagne. 🍾 The pre-meal bread was incredibly fragrant! I loved the one with onions so much that I ordered another plate. 🍞 For appetizers, I highly recommend the thick smoked bacon—it's irresistibly delicious. The burrata with tomatoes was also quite refreshing and helped cut through the richness. 🥓🍅 The oysters were at their standard best. 🦪 For the main course, I ordered fish which was just okay, but I'd recommend the Porcini Rubbed Bone-In Ribeye with 15-Year Aged Balsamic—it's a massive cut that could easily serve two. The steak was cooked to perfection. 🥩 We also ordered two cocktails, both of which were great.
