🌟🍽️ Lyon Michelin French Restaurant Têtedoie
📝 Planning a weekend getaway, I spontaneously decided to revisit the foodie haven of Lyon for more culinary delights. I stumbled upon photos from a Michelin two-star restaurant (now one star) I visited a few years back in Lyon. 🍴 The most memorable dish was the Langoustine paired with 🦞 claws. The langoustine was tender and springy, while the lobster claws preserved the original flavor of the ingredient. If not prepared well, this part can have a powdery texture, but this restaurant nailed it just right. ⛰️ I recall climbing a small hill for the view and passing by this restaurant that looked promising, so we decided to drop in. The view from the restaurant's window was also quite nice. In the capital of gastronomy, competition is fierce, and authentic Lyonnaise bistros offer incredibly tasty set menus for just ten to twenty euros, especially the fish roe in Lyon, which deserves a separate post for its praise. So, it's not surprising that the restaurant lost a star~ 📷 This week, while dining with friends, we discussed the importance of capturing moments through photos. Flipping through old photos can bring back memories that wouldn't come to mind otherwise, along with the scenes and details from that time. I'm not a fan of taking photos for various reasons, but I should start documenting more in the future. #FoodExploration #HiddenGemRestaurants #LyonCuisine #MichelinRestaurantAdventure #Michelin #RestaurantRecommendation
