☕️ Nostos Coffee in Battersea – A Cozy Spot with Big Flavors! ✨
Last weekend, I visited the iconic Battersea Power Station and decided to drop by Nostos Coffee—a popular local spot that’s always buzzing on weekends! 🏭🔥 The café is pretty small and can get quite crowded, but I was impressed by how efficient their service is. We originally ordered takeaway (since there were no seats 😅), but right after ordering, a table freed up—so don’t @ me about the cup, we stayed! 🌍❤️ We ordered: 1 Flat White ☕️ 2 Batch Brews 🫘 Had a nice chat with Edison, the owner—they use a Stronghold roaster and aim for a light, Nordic-inspired roast profile. It was my first time trying their house-roasted coffee, and I’d say it’s not extremely light, but definitely on the brighter side. The Ethiopian in the flat white was surprisingly sweet—almost like gingerbread! 🍯🤤 The milk and coffee blended beautifully, though some subtle notes might’ve been softened by the milk. Still, if you prefer a smoother, less intense coffee, this one’s a dream. I’ve previously tried their pour-over (they used to use Kalita brewers—not sure if that’s still the case), and it was also delicious. Plus, they have some real latte art pros behind the bar! 👏🎨 #UK #London #Travel#LondonCoffee #SpecialtyCoffee #NostosCoffee #Battersea #CoffeeReview #CafeHopping
