📍 Fairbanks Fail | One Meal We Regret 😅 🌟 Seattle – Joey Restaurant A delicious fusion experience in the heart of the city! 🌆 Joey’s menu blends global flavors with local ingredients—think creative small plates, vibrant bowls, and mouthwatering mains. We tried the tuna poke bowls 🍣 and kimchi fried rice 🍚, and both were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere is chic but relaxed, perfect for a casual dinner or weekend brunch. Service was friendly and attentive, too! Definitely a spot to revisit next time we’re in Seattle. 👌💖 ⚡ Fairbanks – A Disappointing Dinner Well… not every meal can be a winner 😅 We had high hopes for this “highly-rated” spot in Fairbanks, but sadly, it was a letdown. The reindeer sausage 🌭 was dry and overly salty, and the salmon bake 🐟 tasted underseasoned and reheated. Even the famed Alaskan king crab 🦀 felt overpriced for the portion and quality.
