🏙️ Tokyo Photography Spots Guide 📸

Walking around Tokyo city for photos 🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️: It's a workout for the legs and a boost for aesthetics. After clocking in 20,000 steps a day, I've compiled this Tokyo photography spot checklist to help you avoid detours. Half a day to hit these 5 spots in Ikebukuro, Shinjuku, and Shibuya, with a detailed location map at the end. Ikebukuro—Shinjuku—Shibuya 🌇 Sunshine City 60 (P2-P3) Admission is 900 yen, no reservation needed. You can overlook the entire Tokyo skyline, and the sunset view from here is stunning. Sunshine City mall is great for shopping, with many big anime IP stores worth checking out, and plenty of food and entertainment options. This can be your first stop for a city walk; it's recommended to head to the observation deck around sunset. 📍 Address: Sunshine City 60th Floor Observatory Deck, Ikebukuro 🐟 Fish Port Brewery (P1) This spot will get your social media buzzing. Let me praise the aesthetics of the little life once again. I think the most beautiful time for this spot is just after sunset when the lights are just on. 📍 Address: Seafood Brewery · Fish Port, Sugamo Fish Market (Head north from Sugamo Station and walk towards the bridge to see it) 🌃 Kabukicho Ichiban Street (P4) The legendary "sleepless street," with dazzling neon lights and various entertainment venues (too stimulating for kids, use your imagination). It was my first time witnessing the street solicitation of male hosts. Thankfully, my willpower held firm; I resisted going into the stores for the sake of photography, or I would have been. 📍 Address: Kabukicho Ichiban Street (Shinjuku Station) #MyCityInPhotos #CityCheckIn #WeekendCityWalk #SoloTravel #TokyoCityWalk
