You could spend your whole day here and never know what time it is. This complex has a lot of shops ranging in prices and offerings, including a very pretty flower store (Miffy flower), a MUJI, and a stationary shop.
It has the world's largest capsule toy shop, meaning you can spend all your hundred yen coins here getting fun small collectables.
It has a Pokemon center, a Pokemon GO center, and a Pokemon trading cards center where you can see people playing/competing. There's even a Pikachu sweets, which is a takeout sweets shop in very cute Pikachu theme (with a "Trubbish" garbage can).
There are other themed shops like the mugiwara (one piece), a Shin-chan shop, a kiddy land characters shop, and toys r us.
Restaurant-wise, there are some cheap options such as Marugame Udon or McDonald's, some mid range family restaurants and cafés, and some luxurious restaurants that are located on one of the towers of the sunshine city, accesible through elevators that go up to I think almost 60 floors. Most of that tower is offices, but there are a couple of fine dining options as well.
Finally, we stayed at the hotel Prince Sunshine city, which is within the same complex. The hotel was quite nice and convenient, as some of these themed shops get really crowded (so you can go line up earlier if you're staying at the hotel). Next to the hotel, there was a nice looking dessert shop that I didn't get to try, but had a lot of dessert courses.
At the time I was here in early February, the mall had a special foot sauna event going on, and anyone could go and take a foot bath for free. Lines got pretty long...
