I visited Perth in June β the weather wasnβt great! ~ Definitely check the forecast before you go! I went despite the rain because I was about to graduate and felt like I might not make such a long flight again π₯² (Now, just one month after returning to my home country, I already want to go back π€«). π§οΈ Lancelin Sand Dunes: It started pouring right after we got out of the car π β but it was a unique kind of beauty. Tried climbing the dune and almost ate sand β not sure if it was the rain, but it was slippery! We left after a while as the rain got heavier. βοΈ The Pinnacles: Just when I thought the weather would stay bad all day, it cleared up at The Pinnacles! We even found a heart-shaped puddle filled with water β so cute and random π. π Geraldton: Stayed overnight in this cozy town. Thereβs a crystal ball installation where you can watch the sunset! Itβs a chill place, but since we were on a tour, we left early the next morning. Not much to do, but it had its charm π. π©· Pink Lake (Hutt Lagoon): Woke up early to visit β weather was still moody. Only had a few minutes of sunshine, but the pink was still visible (and very real!). π Some Beach (Name Forgotten): Stopped by a coastal spot β canβt remember the name, but Aus beaches are always pretty! Though honestly, Iβd just returned from Bali, so I was a bit "beached-out" ποΈ. π Day 3 β Rain Won: The weather was so bad we had to skip Rottnest Island and the quokkas π’. Ended up wandering around the city with nowhere to goβ¦ Finally killed 3 hours at a cinema before heading to the airport π¬. Still, it was a lucky trip β even with daily rain forecasts, the sun often came out just in time at the sights βοΈβ€οΈ. IMO, Australia can sometimes feel same-y visually, but Perth stands out ~ different vibes! #ViewFromTheWindow #RoadtripVibes #OnTheRoadAgain #PerthDiaries #AustraliaTravel #UnplannedAdventures
