π¦πΊ Finally, Someone Explains Cairns Clearly!
We had a 4-day, 3-night trip β relaxed but covered all the must-see spots! βοΈ Arrived at Cairns International Airport from Melbourne at 4 PM. π¨ Stayed at Crystalbrook Riley with a pool view β stunning with night lights! The hotel provides robes β super handy to bring for snorkeling or swimming πββοΈ. Day 2: River Tubing Adventure Booked a inflatable rafting tour with hotel pickup and drop-off β very convenient! Duration: 2 hours (itβs so fun, time flies!) πΆπ¦ Three guides accompanied us + helmets & life jackets provided π·ββοΈπ¦Ί They take photos for you, but bring a waterproof phone case if you want your own shots! After the tour, drinks and snacks were served πͺπ₯€ Dinner: Ordered burgers from Grillβd π Day 3: Great Barrier Reef Tour Chose Quicksilver Cruise: Helicopter to the reef π, cruise ship back π³οΈ (If you want epic photos, take the helicopter there!) Went to the marina in the morning β transferred to helipad β had time for photos with the helicopter The aerial view of the reef is breathtaking! Landed on the pontoon β lunch buffet was okay π½οΈ Then free time: I went snorkeling π β gear provided, just bring your swimsuit! Dinner: Night Market + IMM THAI CAFE π This place is a popular Thai spot in Cairns β be prepared to queue if you go late! Must-tries: Thai milk tea π§, Pad Thai, grilled oysters, pork neck! Day 4: Palm Cove + Nu Nu Restaurant + Beach Time πΈ Very photogenic! Oysters were good, service was great β but overall a bit overpriced for the food. Tips: π Transport: Uber is the way to go β Cairns isnβt very public transport-friendly. π¨ Stay: Book accommodation in the city center for easy access. π Reservations: Many restaurants and tours (like rafting!) require bookings in advance! #Cairns #CairnsTravel #VisitCairns #Australia #TravelAustralia
