🇧🇦 One Picture to Show You • Sarajevo’s Best Sunset Viewpoint

【Google Maps】:White Fortress Most people go to the Yellow Fortress for sunset, but if you walk just 10 minutes further up, you’ll reach the White Fortress—where the views are even more stunning and the crowds are smaller! 🏰 I heard there might be an entrance fee, but when I arrived, it was already closed. So… I climbed over the wall 😂. Image 1 shows the exact way to get inside the fortress structure. Once you’re in, you’ll need to find an opening to climb into the actual. ⚠️ Heads up: It’s a bit risky—there’s a small cliff below! ⚠️ Watch your step and don’t slip—especially if your shoes aren’t grippy! 😂 Unfortunately, it was cloudy ☁️, so I didn’t get that perfect sunset shot. Some prefer the Yellow Fortress sunset, while others (like me) think the White Fortress offers a better view. To each their own! Special note: Image 1 is a drone screenshot borrowed from Xiaohongshu blogger DQ (I don’t know them personally—just sharing for clarity!). 【Route】: Head uphill toward the Yellow Fortress. You’ll pass through a cemetery along the way—this is the to the White Fortress. About 2 minutes before reaching the White Fortress, you’ll see a white iron gate and a guard booth. Through the gate, you’ll spot a big "I Love Sarajevo" sign ❤️. Go through, and you’ve reached the White Fortress viewpoint! Image 1 makes it clearer. #Bosnia #Sarajevo #SarajevoSunset #Balkans #RoadTrip #TravelBosnia #SunsetLovers 🌄✨
