Cafe at the Yellow Fortress — Restaurant in City of Sarajevo

RACISM ALERT! Message to owner! Let alone it's a bit over priced (coffee 5 mark, tea- hot water and lable is 4 BAM), It's quite surprising to see a full-scale racism in such a wonderful place!! The lady with blonde hair is simply "RUDE", we ordered tea and diet soft drink, with all carelessness she put them in anger without even asking who ordered what, the surprise is green tea and full fat coke! We asked politely why a green tea is being served, why no zero/diet coke served (bottle openedalready!), the reply is this is the 'standard' tea / drink we have and the only one we have! We decided not to ruin the moment and enjoy whatever we seemed forced to have! She then kept staring at us chain smoking and chatting to her friend and looking at us!!

Message to owner: This astonishing Sarajrvo view point deserve more than such customer treatment. No wonder we're the only customers around empty tables, and everyone else enjoys the view sitting...

This place is really the best view of Sarajevo, but the owner and employee of the cafe is such a rude, racist and impatient person.

I took picture of the Menu and I was sitting on the table at the edge of the fort, I was deciding what to drink and the guy came, he said "I gave you 2 minutes and you didn't decide" and I was literally deciding at the moment, I told him to wait just a few seconds and let me decide, he said "Decide now and go" then i stand up and leave, I didn't not want him to gain anything from me

Also I just don't understand how historically important place like this can be a private property? The fort is an Ottoman fortification and the place has important role in Bosnian resistance against Austria-Hungary, and this rude guy just pretends he own all the stones and dust on the...

The coffee is well positionned in one of the best views of Sarajevo, especially if you are a sunset chaser ! However, a few remarks. I would add more tables outside. I think the employee could be a little more kind and thoughtful. I understand he is tired of policing people to move out of the tables and chairs of the café. I feel it should not be his job. Also, i believe it's a big miss not to serve alcohol at all nor any snacks or...
