🇨🇦 Toronto's Hottest New Bar | Suite 115 🍸✨

We just had to check out the buzz surrounding Suite 115 - and wow, what an experience! This password-protected, no-reservation bar on College Street is definitely worth the wait! 🕒💫 📍 Location: 532 College St, Toronto We popped in last Saturday around 8:30pm and only waited about 5 minutes for a seat at the bar - perfect for people-watching while sipping cocktails! 🥂 The best part? Watching the talented bartenders work their magic right in front of you! 🍹 Cocktail Reviews 💫 The Old Man ($22) Sounds like a classic Old Fashioned, but with a twist - Hong Kong milk tea flavors! We were shocked when it arrived with three mini milk tea puffs (were these free appetizers? 😂) The drink itself had surprisingly authentic milk tea aroma - genius! 🌿 Southeast Jungle ($20) The celery foam almost scared us off, but the tropical flavors (aloe, passion fruit, coconut) won us over! The edible leaf garnish was a cute touch - highly recommend sharing the extra foam spoon with friends! 🍊 Life on Mars ($21) Whiskey with pomelo? Yes, please! The walnutty aroma with a hint of ginger spice made this our favorite of the night! Warning - this one sneaks up on you! 🥴 🍑 Heart of Normandy ($21) Similar to Jungle but with pear & apricot notes - refreshingly sweet with a foamy apple-wine topping and cherry blossom leaf garnish! So pretty we almost didn't want to drink it! 🌸 ⚓ The Admiral ($19) Their baijiu-based cocktail using Fenjiu as the base - bold choice! The grilled orange garnish added a smoky touch, making this the strongest drink of the night! ☕ Terminal 3 Espresso Martini (Not Tried) We spotted this gem featuring coffee beans from Terminal 3 Roasters (the new spot in RH)! A local collaboration we must try next time! 🤩 💡 Bar Impressions Friendly staff who gladly let us sample drinks Lively atmosphere (perfect for weekend nights!) No food menu (we came after dinner) Great value for $19-22 cocktails! #TorontoBars #HiddenGem #CocktailCulture #WeekendVibes #Drinkstagram #Suite115 #CollegeStreet #TorontoNightlife #BarHopping #CocktailLovers
