This flame-grilled steak is INSANELY good — certified by a tourist 👌 Alberta beef really hits different 🤤 Will definitely come back! 🍴 While many steakhouses nowadays go for a modern vibe, this place has classic old-money charm — beautiful, atmospheric, and perfect for special occasions. When we went, there were two big families celebrating birthdays. Great for holidays or gatherings! The servers were super friendly and chatty too. 🥩 Bone-In Rib Eye (20oz) 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 A must-order! The server said it’s their most popular cut — one bite and I totally understood. Rib eye has more marbling, but it’s so flavorful and well-seasoned — not greasy at all. We got it medium-rare and loved it. Even our friend who usually doesn’t eat rare steak enjoyed it. 🥩 T-bone (20oz) 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Also huge — perfect for sharing. We tried it medium-well. Their steaks are expertly grilled: medium-rare isn’t too raw, medium-well isn’t dry. Thanks to the open flame, each piece is charred outside and juicy inside. Pleases everyone! 🥩 Filet Mignon (8oz/12.5oz) 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Extremely tender — great for those watching calories or dining solo. I gave it 4 stars only because I personally prefer rib eye more — but it’s still delicious! 🥗 Appetizer: Skip the steak tartare.
