๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฆ Unfiltered Calgary Food Guide: Part 2!! ๐Ÿ“

First offโ€”Google Maps screenshots of each restaurant are after the food pics. Match them yourself ๐Ÿ˜‰ All cost estimates are per person (after tax & tip, based on two people). ๐Ÿ– Cheongdam Kitchen & Bar - Mahogany Signature dish: Grilled Wagyu! As shown, the beef quality is excellent โ€” tender and flavorful. But this alone isnโ€™t enough for two (maybe okay for one). We also ordered the Korean pork bone soup โ€” hearty and delicious. Only downside: Itโ€™s pretty far from NW & SW. Not sure itโ€™s worth a special trip, but the beef itself is great. Cost: forgot ๐Ÿ’ธ ๐Ÿ”ฅ Tobe Teppanyaki Lounge Popular teppanyaki spot in Deerfoot City. Went on a weekend noon โ€” not crowded, no wait. The Japanese chef was full of energy โ€” chatted, sang birthday songs, did a flame show ๐Ÿ”ฅ for photos. We got a two-person set with lobster tail, scallops, Wagyu, mushrooms, veggies, fried rice, and ice cream (not matcha thoughโ€ฆ not very Japanese ๐Ÿต). Also ordered a tempura appetizer (not needed โ€” the set is plenty!). Left very full. ๐Ÿ’ต ~$100/person ๐Ÿฒ Master Beef Hot Pot (Alberta Beef Hot Pot) Taiwanese hot pot near Chinook โ€” been around for years. Ordered a set meal โ€” great value! Their satay broth is AMAZING โ€” maybe even better than any Iโ€™ve had back in China (maybe I just havenโ€™t had enough ๐Ÿ˜‚). The server (or owner?) was super kind โ€” taught us how to cook the beef, refilled water frequently ๐Ÿ‘ Worth going just for the service! ๐Ÿ’ต ~$50/person (great deal!) ๐Ÿœ Pho Mr.Q Vietnamese Restaurant Well-known pho place in NW Calgary โ€” my second time here. The beef rib pho is still delicious. Their chicken wings are better than many wing specialty spots โ€” huge, juicy, flavorful, crispy! Great value. ๐Ÿ’ต ~$25/person ๐Ÿ— The Food Chemist Trendy Indian wing spot. Tiny shop with only 4 tables โ€” easy parking. Constant stream of wing lovers. So many wing flavors! Let the Indian staff recommend โ€” theyโ€™re super friendly and checked on us multiple times ๐Ÿ‘ We got a combo: 2 lbs of wings (2 flavors, both ๐Ÿ”ฅ), fries, mac & cheese (packed it โ€” too full!), and two drinks. ๐Ÿ’ต ~$24/person ๐Ÿข Chuan Yue Shi Guang (Skewer Time) A bit too salty for me, but otherwise okay. Price varies โ€” you decide how much to order. ๐Ÿ›’ T&T Market Korean Snacks Too good not to recommend!! Donโ€™t believe me? Go try them ๐Ÿ˜‹ #Calgary #CalgaryFood #YYCEats #FoodDiary #NoFilterEats
