🇨🇦 Montreal 2-Day Trip — Day 2
17,000 steps exploring Old Montreal on a city walk! 🚶♀️✨ 1st Stop: Brunch at Le Passé Composé at 11 AM 🍳 I still dream about their French toast — once my favorite of the year! The restaurant has moved to a nicer location, but the dishes didn’t quite match my memory this time. Easy street parking nearby — we left the car here and walked everywhere. 📍 701-a Rue William, Montréal, QC H3C 0T9 2nd Stop: Walked 2 km to Old Montreal 🏛️ Visited Notre-Dame Basilica — stunning even in daylight! 📌 Pro tip: Book tickets online in advance and use the e-ticket entrance. Then wandered around the old town, exploring sights, boutiques, and concept stores. 📍 110 R. Notre Dame O, Montréal, QC H2Y 1T1 3rd Stop: Strolled to the Old Port — right next to the old town. Checked out the Port of Montreal Tower and the “Bonjour” sign 🖼️, then walked along the river. 📍 200 R. de la Commune O, Montréal, QC H2Y 4B2 4th Stop: Crew Collective & Cafe — a converted RBC Bank HQ 🏦 Super photogenic, but always crowded with limited seating. Perfect for a quick coffee break during your walk. 📍 360 Rue Saint-Jacques, Montréal, QC H2Y 1p5 5th Stop: Dropped by Chinatown — grabbed a bubble tea from Chicha San Chen 🧋 No line at 8 PM — easy and refreshing! 📍 7 Av. Viger O, Montréal, QC H2Z 1J3 6th Stop: Dinner at Monarque — ranked #11 in Canada 🍽️ Reservations essential! Choose the brasserie menu for their famous bone marrow and duck confit. The dry-aged steak and duck confit were both excellent. 📍 406 Rue Saint-Jacques, Montréal, QC H2Y 1S1 #CaptureTheMoment #Montreal #MontrealFood #ExploreMontreal #OldPort #TravelDiary #FoodRecommendations #CityWalk #CanadianEats 🍁📸
