Read moreMy recent visit to crew cafe was a complete letdown, to say the least. From the moment we walked in, it was evident that the staff were more interested in their own affairs than attending to customers. We practically had to beg for any sort of attention.
The food, oh where do I start? Tasteless would be an understatement. It seems like the chef forgot to add any seasoning whatsoever. And heaven forbid you need ketchup or any condiments - they might as well put up a sign saying "NO" in big bold letters. Talk about hospitality!
To add insult to injury, the seating situation was a joke. Unless you enjoy standing and eating, or waiting around like a lost puppy for a table to free up, this place is not for you. And don't even think about placing your food on a reserved table while you wait - the manager or supervisor will swoop down on you like a hawk, ready to scold you for daring to use an empty space.
As if the lackluster service and bland food weren't bad enough, the prices were exorbitant. I'd expect top-notch quality for the amount they charge, but alas, it was nothing more than a culinary disappointment.
Save yourself the trouble and avoid crew cafe if you value your taste buds and sanity. Trust me, starting your day with a visit here is a recipe...
