π¨π¦ Must-Visit Spots for Your First Time in Vancouver
As a long-time Vancouver explorer, Iβve put together this super practical guide for first-time visitors! π² Stanley Park Rating: βββββ This park is Vancouverβs pride! I discover something new every time I go. Best enjoyed at sunset β walking along the seawall with the sound of waves is incredibly healing π π. π° Gastown Rating: βββββ One of my favorite areas in Vancouver! Day and night offer totally different vibes. By day: cute little shops ποΈ; by night: feels like stepping into Harry Potterβs magical world π§βοΈβ¨. π₯’ Richmond Rating: βββββ A paradise for Chinese food lovers! Authentic eats that might even beat what you find back home π₯’π. Youβll also find KTV, mahjong clubs, internet cafΓ©s, and more β just like being in China! π€π π’ Granville Island Rating: βββββ So much fun β I can easily spend a whole day here. Must-do: Ride the Aquabus! π€ Only a few dollars, but such a cool experience. My usual route: Granville Island β Yaletown (two birds, one stone π). Tip: Aquabus only accepts cash or card β no Compass card π΅π³. π· Yaletown Rating: ββββ Similar vibe to Gastown but more chic and Western. Perfect for dates or hanging with friends β full of stylish restaurants and wine bars π₯πΎ. π UBC & SFU Rating: ββββ UBC: The most beautiful campus in Canada! ποΈ Anyone can visit β even locals love strolling here. SFU: Youβll need to drive up the mountain ππ¨, but the sunset and city night views from the top are absolutely breathtaking ππ. π‘ My Vancouver Tips: Best time to visit: May to September βοΈ β great weather and long days. Cherry blossom season (March-April) is also magical πΈ β but bring a raincoat! β Transport: Public transit is convenient downtown π, but rent a car for SFU or farther spots. Uber is widely available. If you only have 2-3 days: Focus on Stanley Park, Gastown, and Richmond! Vancouver is a city you wonβt want to leave! Perfect mix of nature and urban life, amazing food, and great culture. Hope this guide helps you enjoy your first trip! #VancouverTravel #ExploreCanada #VancouverGuide #VancouverFood #TravelTips
