🇨🇦 Toronto|Summer Night City Walk is So Beautiful 🌃

Last summer, I went for lakeside walks almost every night and even shared some thoughts online 😆 This year, I’ve been busier and haven’t had as much time, but last night I still strolled around St. Lawrence—and it was just as stunning. Night and day feel completely different there. Gone is the bustling, crowded vibe; instead, there’s a quiet, almost surreal atmosphere that takes over. I also wandered into the nearby neighborhood. Honestly, it felt a bit eerie at night—few streetlights, narrow roads, and lots of trees and bushes on both sides. I remembered visiting during the day once and finding it cozy, especially when I saw a red-tiled courtyard that reminded me of my childhood home in China 😆 But at night, with no one around, it’s probably not the best spot for solo walks… though I have to admit, the deep crimson glow of the lights was strangely beautiful. Every time I walk alone at night, the feeling is a little different, but it’s always peaceful and clarifying. I love listening to music, talking to myself, and reflecting on the day—or even the year. In the end, I always realize: no one understands me better than I do 😂 This time, I lost track of time and walked for two or three hours… didn’t realize it was already past midnight until I got home. And I have work tomorrow! Hahaha #Toronto #TorontoLife #LifeInToronto #TorontoFoodFun #StreetsAtNight #CityNights #Nightscape #NightPhotography #UrbanLights
