Fathom is such a hidden gem tucked inside a hotel—seriously, it’s got all the little perks that make dining out easy! 📍 You can park in the hotel’s lot, or grab street parking if that’s easier, and it’s right across from the ferry terminal. Prime location, no stress—perfect for a laid-back meal. We skipped the main courses, and here’s why: colleagues who’ve been here warned us the drinks are amazing, but the mains are just “meh.” So we went all in on appetizers instead—and wow, what a good call! So many of them were total hits 😋 Must-order apps (trust me!): Foie Gras 🦢: Rich, creamy, and cooked just right—no overpowering liver taste, just that luxurious melt-in-your-mouth texture. Scallop & Beef Carpaccio 🍣: The scallops were plump and sweet, and the beef carpaccio was tender with that perfect hint of acidity. Such a fresh, elegant combo.
