πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦ Victoria Food Review No.15: My Favorite Brunch Spot

Sharing my all-time favorite brunch place – Blue Fox Cafe! 🦊 This is my go-to spot whenever I crave brunch or when friends visit the island. The only downside is the wait – usually around 30 minutes. Didn’t manage to take many photos, though! Classic Breakfast Recommendations: Fox’s Grill 🍳πŸ₯“ This has everything – eggs, bacon, sausage, grilled mushrooms, and tomatoes. The portion is huge! Their homemade jam is also delicious. Eggs Benedict I personally love the Moroccan Chicken Benny (perfect for those who prefer bold flavors!). It has a Moroccan twist with a slight spice and curry notes, packed with aromatic flavors. Grilled onions and mushrooms inside make it extra tasty. The only downside is it can get a bit rich toward the end. Also, their potatoes are absolutely amazing! πŸ₯” Eggs Pacifico πŸ₯‘ This one features smoked salmon and comes with fresh avocado – a solid choice! Omelettes Mexi 🌢️ A Mexican-style omelette with diced fresh tomatoes and avocado mash. The flavor is fantastic, though the black beans inside can be quite filling. Salish Salmon 🐟 This salmon dish is great for those who can’t handle spice. The combination of ingredients is unique and interesting – unlike anything I’ve tried at other brunch spots! Blue Fox Cafe 919 Fort St, Victoria, BC V8V 3K3 Rating: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 – Definitely a must-try brunch spot! #Brunch #HiddenGem #VancouverIslandEats #VictoriaBCFood #VictoriaFoodReview #LifeInVictoria #VictoriaBrunch #FoodExploration #RestaurantRecommendation #VictoriaBC 🍳🧑
