Viña del Mar: "Famous" flower clock 🌸⏰ = overrated. Valparaíso’s Bright Side: Neruda’s House (Nobel poet! 📖) + 10,000 cats 🐈. Rainbow streets 🌈 + vintage cafés = insta-worthy.
