Can any foodie in Bonn really say they don’t know this place yet? 😮 Seriously, really good Chinese food is rare around here… But this spot absolutely delivers!!! I’d even say it’s better than the famous "Tianshan" in Düsseldorf! 🏆 🍖 Lamb chops = HEAVENLY. Perfect fat-to-meat ratio, so flavorful and tender! 🍢 Lamb skewers were almost too tender – lacked a bit of chew, not super memorable. 🥟 Baked buns (Samsa) are back! They’re reheated, so the skin isn’t super crispy, but my friends actually liked them softer. They’re 1.5x bigger than Tianshan’s – couldn’t even finish one! 🥹 🍗 Big Plate Chicken – generous with the chicken, and the flavor is ABSOLUTELY FIRE. 🍜 The noodles… oh the noodles! So chewy and perfect. Uyghur restaurants really know their dough! 🌶️ Spicy Chicken (La Zi Ji) – my dream chicken dish! Unique flavor you won’t find elsewhere. 🐑 Steamed Lamb Soup – the broth is incredible, and the portion of lamb is huge! First time trying yellow carrots in it too~ 🐔 (Sichuan Pepper Chicken) – not numbing enough, a bit underwhelming. If I lived closer, I’d be eating here every. single. day.
