If you visit in April, Bonn is also a fantastic cherry blossom destination 🌸. 🚄 Transportation From Cologne or Frankfurt, take the train to Bonn Hbf (approx. 1 hour). 🌈 Attractions 1⃣️ Bonn Minster ⭐️⭐️ A 13th-century Gothic church with one of the tallest spires in the world. It was built with funds raised by citizens! Small and modest — if you want grand, go to Cologne Cathedral. 2⃣️ Cathedral Square ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Home to the bright yellow Old Post Office and a statue of Beethoven, erected on his 75th birthday. 3⃣️ Beethoven-Haus ⭐️⭐️ A small pink building with dark green windows where Beethoven was born.
