🇩🇪 Bremen & Dortmund | 2-Day Travel Guide 🗺️⚽
DAY 1 – BREMEN 1️⃣ Alte Mühle (Old Mill) – Located in Am Wall Park. I went just before a match and couldn’t get good photos at night 🌙. Better to go in the morning ☀️. Starting your route here makes sense logistically. 2️⃣ St. Petri Dom Bremen & Town Hall – These are right next to each other. You’ll also find the famous Town Musicians statue 🐴🐕🐱🐔 and the Roland Monument here. 3️⃣ Bremen Market Square – Same area. Lots of food stalls 🥨🌭 – cash only! 💶 4️⃣ Seven Lazy Brothers Fountain – In the artistic Böttcherstraße district. Try the local specialty Knipp (pan-fried meat patties) at restaurant SCHÜTTINGER 🍽️. 5️⃣ Schnoor Quarter – Pretty at night but fairly quiet. The buildings look like dollhouses 🏘️. 6️⃣ Weserstadion – Home of Werder Bremen ⚽. No backpacks on match days – storage costs €2 (cash only). Register online to buy tickets. DAY 2 – DORTMUND 1️⃣ German Football Museum – Tickets are €2 cheaper online than onsite. The only place where you can store bags all day 🎒. 2️⃣ St. Reinold‘s Church – Dortmund’s main church ⛪. 3️⃣ Zum Alten Markt – Try pork knuckle 🍖 at Thier restaurant. Christmas market also held here 🎄. 4️⃣ Signal Iduna Park – Home of Borussia Dortmund 🟡⚫. Student stadium tour: €8 / with museum: €14. Regular tickets €3 more. 5️⃣ Westfalen Park – Entrance fee cash only 💶🌳. Perfect mix of history, food, and football! 🏟️🇩🇪 #Germany #TravelGuide #Bremen #Dortmund #FootballTravel #EuropeTrip #ExploreGermany
